About Rohitendra
Rohit has been involved in civil & commercial litigation including partition suits, testamentary cases, property cases, contract disputes, civil arbitrations, intellectual property cases and corporate cases.
He started his practise in the Calcutta High Court advising in Counsel’s Chambers and he has also appeared in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts.
Currently specializing in boutique practice for LaSusa & Deb, PLLC as local India Counsel in matters of estate planning, tax, property sales and acquisitions, as well as commercial structures and disputes.
We have clients that are overseas citizens of India, have familial ties to India or have businesses in India. As such we provide a variety of services to such clients, who are currently living in the U.S., but need legal services in India.
