About Mishty

Attorney Mishty Deb is a co-founding partner with LaSusa & Deb, PLLC. Mishty has worked extensively in the governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors throughout her career.

In 2005, Mishty received her law degree from the University of Texas where she served as an editorial board member for both the Texas International Law Journal and the Texas Journal of Women & the Law.

Mishty’s primary focus is to provide practical counsel that helps transform long-term business goals into reality while addressing daily operational challenges. She has handled numerous cases for businesses of all sizes as well as for non-profits, entrepreneurs, and private landowners.

She holds a Nonprofit Marketing Certificate from CNM and is the CEO and Founder of the Sharks in Heels Workshop Series. In her spare time, she loves to travel the world and has been on several adventures from Africa to Antarctica.
